Implementing is as equally important if not more so than the design itself. This is where logistics, negotiation and overcoming hurdles is important to keeping the project on track and within budget. There are 3 ways this can work, so take a look and see which option seems appealing.

The Fully Managed

For this option we carry out the following:

We visit site as necessary to oversee the works to ensure the project is running to plan.

We provide support and advice to trades where needed when unforeseen circumstances arise.

To advise you on steps moving forward should any changes or reviews need to be made due to unforeseen circumstances.

To inspect delivery of goods and organise any returns or exchanges due to damages or incorrect items.

This option is costed at 15% of the total implementation price. For example if a bedroom costs £5000 the fee is 15% of this amount.

The Part Managed

For this option we carry out the following:

We visit site once a week to check in on the works and answer any queries you.

Provide support and advice to trades where needed at the visit.

To advise on the following weeks activities and help organise the trades required for the following week

You, the client will be running the day to day of the project. This service will help add structure and assist you.

This option is costed at 10% of the total implementation price. For example if a bedroom costs £5000 the fee is 10% of this amount.

To Lean On

For this option we carry out the following:

4 hours of telephone support a week to the client managing the project themselves. You are welcome for trades to phone direct, however, this will be allocated in this time.

This option means you can use our expertise if anything arises of you just need an opinion, it is as simple as that.

This option is costed at £200 per week as a minimum retainer. Should you require more hours of support this cost would need to be reviewed. If we go above 4 hours, then the hourly rate of £50 per hour applies.

This service also works well if you have the design vision and want to manage the project yourself, yet want to run things by an expert for some friendly advice.
